What is the return policy?
1. Returns due to Product Defect or Error
We accept returns when:
- The product has a manufacturing defect;
- The printout is incorrect;
- The labels arrive damaged;
- The design or quantity does not match the order.
Deadline: Must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
Process: Send a photo of the problem and your order number. After confirmation, we offer:
- Free replacement or
- Full refund.
Customized Products – Important Note
For custom labels (with name, logo, exclusive design, specific measurements), we do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse , in accordance with applicable law, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors.
When will I receive my order?
Portugal (Mainland): Delivery within 2 business days after ordering.
Spain (Peninsula): Delivery within 3 business days of ordering.
How is the refund processed?
After we receive and verify the status of the returned product, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days , using the same payment method used for the purchase.
